MV CLUB: get in the loop.

MV CLUB comes out of conversations we’ve had over and over: we want to do more for our community, and we want to bring the people around us closer to what happens behind the scenes. A lot of the connection around MV already lives in those conversations. We wanted somewhere to carry it forward.

I keep coming back to the people who show up for the work. You hear the releases, come to the shows, share things and bring your friends. I want you to feel closer to the people making it happen, and to the ideas and preparation that eventually become the things you see.

That’s what we want to build through MV CLUB: a closer relationship between the collective and the community around it. As the club grows, we want to let you into more of the process and create more opportunities for us to spend time together. The conversations about what we could do should have somewhere to turn into action.

We’re starting with two things members can look out for: event and ticket news shared with the club first, and community opportunities sent directly to the list. Join the list and choose what interests you. We’ll share specific invitations as they’re confirmed.

There’s room here for people making music, taking photos, designing, writing, helping put things together, or simply enjoying being around it. Tell us what you do and what you’d like to get involved in. We want to learn who’s around us and find the connections that make sense.

I’d like the community to help shape where this goes. If you’ve been wanting to collaborate, offer a skill, meet other creatives or understand a bit more about how MV works, I want you to feel comfortable putting your name forward. We can learn a lot from the people already paying attention.

Joining is free. We’re growing this a step at a time, with the people who want to be part of it. Come get in the loop, let us know what you’re interested in and stay close to what we’re working on next.
