What we keep.

Signups

When you join MV Club or the merch list, we save your name, email address, consent and signup time. If you choose interests, we save those too. We use this information for the updates you agreed to receive.

Enquiries and submissions

We save the details you send so we can review your request and contact you about it. Booking enquiries, YARN* submissions and community introductions do not subscribe you to promotional emails.

Club signup measurement

We count clicks on MV Club links and buttons. Where available, we keep a broad source such as Instagram, Google or an artist link, a campaign label and the page where the visit began. If you join, these details are saved with your signup. We use browser session storage to carry the source between pages; click records contain no name or email. We do not store full referring URLs or use this measurement to track you across websites. Earlier signups may have no source information.

Access and hosting

Form responses are stored in the site database and are available to the Million Vibes owner through a protected inbox. We use hosting and email services to run the site and communicate with you. We do not sell the details you submit.

Change your mind

To unsubscribe, correct your details or request removal, email Contact MV and tell us which list or request you mean.

Media and links

Playing embedded Spotify, SoundCloud or YouTube content connects to those services. Their own privacy settings apply. External links are labelled by their destination.
